1.
预读小题，预测主题
迅速浏览所有题目选项，将所考查的主题内容结合在一起，往往可以大致推断出整段听力材料(不管是新闻、对话、短文或讲座)的主题。
以2016年6月四级听力为例：
Questions 1 and 2 are based onthe newsreport you have just heard.
1.A)How college students can improve theirsleep habits.
B)Why sufficient sleep is important forcollege students.
C)Why college students are more likely tohave stress problems.
D)How college students can handle theirpsychological problems.
2.A)It is not easy to improve one's sleephabits.
B)It is not good for students to play videogames.
C)Students who are better preparedgenerally get higher scores in examinations.
D)Making last-minute preparations for testsmay be less effective than sleeping.
快速浏览选项，可知本段听力与大学生、睡眠习惯有关。
反复出现的主题词提示：college students, sleep habits, sleep等。
2.
选项为动词某形式开头
含有这类选项的问题通常提问指向“行为活动”。根据动词的不同形式，问题考查的重点也不同。
1 选项均以动词原形开头，问题大多是关于建议某人做某事，有时也表示为了某种目的而要做某事。
如下题所示：
A)Serve standardized food nationwide.
B)Put calorie information on the menu.
C)Increase protein content in the food.
D)Offer convenient food to customers.

2 选项均以动名词开头，问题大多是关于某个正在进行的动作或者某项计划或打算。
如下题所示：

3 选项均以不定式开头，问题很可能是关于做某事的目的，或是计划、承诺或要求做某事。
如下题所示：

D)To help students rid themselves of badliving habits.

4 选项均以介词+动名词开头，问题肯定是关于做某事的方式方法的。这种题目基本是送分题。注意听原文中的动词(比较曲折的过程中最后成功的那种方式，或者注意听有无重复题目中的介词+动名词)。
如下题所示：
A)By covering the credit card with a layerof plastic.
B)By calling the credit card company forconfirmation.
C)By seeking help from the card readermaker Verifone.
D)By typing the credit card number into thecash register.

选项含评论或感受动词
如果选项中含有think,like,dislike,enjoy,agree,disagree,mind,reasonable,wise,absurd,disgusting等一类的词语，听力材料或问题很可能是关于对某人或某事物的评价或感受。
1. 四个选项中如均含有表示评论或感受的词，则表示问题是关于对人或事物的评价或感受。
2. 如其中只有个别选项含有表示评论或感受的词，则表示听力材料中很可能涉及到对人或事物的评价或感受，问题则不一定会涉及。
如下题所示：
A)They tend to drive responsibly.
B)They like to go at high speed.
C)They keep within speed limits.
D)They follow traffic rules closely.

What can we learn about people driving inGermany?
这道题目就属于情况2，个别选项含有评论或感受词的情况，而问题则没有涉及评价。
所以提醒大家在预读选项时，注意看阁主所说的标志词是否在4个选项都出现了。

4.
选项中含有比较结构
如果选项中含有形容词或副词的比较级或最高级，或是其他表示比较的词语，则听力材料或问题很可能涉及人或事物之间的异同点或优劣的比较，或是涉及某个人或事物某方面的变化或发展。
1. 四个选项中如均含有比较级或表示比较的词，则表示问题是关于人或事物之间的比较或是人或事物的变化。
2. 如其中只有个别选项中含有比较级，则表示听力材料中很可能涉及到人或事物之间的比较或是人或事物的变化，问题则不一定会涉及。
如下题所示：
A)They specify the number of creditsstudents must earn.
B)They are harder to meet than those forundergraduates.
C)They have to be approved by the examiningcommittee.
D)They are the same among various divisionsof the university.

5.
选项均为名词性短语
如果4个选项均为概括性较强的名词或名词性短语，且各项内容差异较大，问题则很可能是问对话所谈论的主题或对话中出现的某一事件或问题的主题。
如下题所示：
A) Inefficient management.
B) Poor ownership structure.
C) Lack of innovation and competition.
D) Lack of runway and terminal capacity.

题目问到的就是这段听力材料谈论的主题——英国机场服务质量差的根本原因。
